We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our products are shipped via international logistics; the destination country may impose import duties or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note: if a package is refused due to import duties or taxes, we’re unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

To start a return,you can contact us at service@amxtoys.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof.The AMX Toys is not responsible for lost return packages and it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost.

Once you have placed an order,please allow 3-6 Businesss days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched. Cuz some items are homemade, especially some imitation cream products, it would takes 2-5 days till totally dry out.
